Read signals, not noise

Insights become useful after Helm has real source activity: website views, bookings, forms, customers, invoices, receipts, orders, and reviews where those modules are enabled.

Early numbers can be small. Look for directional questions first: which public pages customers use, which services or products create action, where follow-up is stuck, and whether repeat customers are growing.

Act from the dashboard

Use Insights with Overview, Customers, Follow-ups, and module pages. The goal is to decide what to publish, fix, follow up, or sell next.

Do not treat Insights as a full external analytics suite. Helm reports on the product surfaces and events it owns.
