Use Business for implemented advanced controls
Business is for merchants that need the implemented v1 advanced scope: roles/rights, audit trail, multi-location work, events, gift cards, loyalty, advanced commerce controls, and more staff seats.
Use Business features when they match a real operating need. For example, invite staff with appropriate roles, track audit history for sensitive dashboard actions, and use gift cards or loyalty only when your team can operationally support them.
Stay truthful about what is not included
Business is not enterprise IAM, SSO, SCIM, SIEM export, POS, carrier labels, a duties/tax engine, a marketplace app ecosystem, or proactive messaging automations.
If a workflow depends on a future provider, integration, or operational sender, describe it as future/provider-required until Helm ships and operates that capability.
